- Paid Users: Payment details are handled by Stripe. Beamware does not collect or store credit card information.
- Logs: We may collect minimal technical logs (e.g., browser type, error codes) for maintenance and debugging.
We use only essential cookies for functionality and error reporting. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
2. How We Use Information
- To enforce usage limits for free accounts.
- To process payments for subscriptions.
- To maintain and improve the Software.
3. Data Sharing
- Beamware does not sell or share your personal data.
- Stripe may collect and process payment details in accordance with their own Privacy Policy.
4. Data Retention
- IP addresses used for free tier tracking are stored only as long as necessary to enforce limits (up to one billing cycle).
- Logs may be stored for up to 90 days for troubleshooting.
5. Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information. However, no online system is 100% secure.
6. Your Rights
